Xiaomi Mi Band 3
Xiaomi entered into the Indian market with the Mi band 3 with the Amazon and Flipkart as its partner, India’s leading online seller. Mi utilized the concept of the ‘flash sale’ to market its value-for-money smartphones. A flash sale is a promotion or discount provided by an e-commerce platform for a short time period. Interested clients had to register for the flash sale, and at that time Xiaomi only made available a few limited stocks of the product that were sold out in just a few seconds.
In India, any Chinese brands and product have always been looked at as low quality and cheap, but Xiaomi altered that opinion. It’s affordable but not low in the quality. In fact, the quality of this product is much better in comparison to the local Indian brands. With its mid-range pricing and good quality, Mi smartphones became an immediate hit and the ideal device to upgrade for low-end phone users.
After that Xiaomi continued and launched a lot more successful smartphones at an affordable price like the Xiaomi Mi4 for Rs. 19,999 in the year 2015. Xiaomi was affordable and was very well received in the Indian market. Budget offerings helped the brand to expand the footprint and establish an image of value-for-money products. It continued to dominate the Indian smartphone market and now its back with its new MI band 3.
Xioami is back again to dominate the Indian market with its new MI band 3
Xioami has launched the Mi Band 3 in China back in May, it is officially, at last, coming to India. While Xioami is still attempting to keep the Indian consumers guessing on the launch date, it’ll likely be launched on twenty-seven September. Xiaomi online partner Amazon just prepared a new landing page for the product and though it doesn’t give the details of the product right away, it’s obviously the Mi Band 3. Xiaomi is expected to launch as many as 5 devices at an expo on 27 September and the Mi Band 3 will probably be one of the 5 devices.
